This page exists so anyone — a prospective client, a candidate, or a regulator — can see exactly how Foundry HR operates, without asking.
1. Who we are and are not
Foundry HR ("Foundry HR") is a trade name of 9GG LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and a Foundry IR company. We provide HR compliance monitoring, drafting and advisory-adjacent services to client companies. We are not a law firm, not a bar-admitted attorney, and not a professional employer organization (PEO), payroll provider, or staffing agency, in any jurisdiction. We do not practice law and do not provide legal advice.
2. Gene (AI) drafts; a qualified human signs off
Gene is the AI HR agent behind Foundry HR's monitoring and first-draft work. Gene never publishes a finding, policy, posting or assessment on its own. Every Deliverable — including the free HR compliance assessment offered through this site — is reviewed by a qualified HR professional against your actual facts before it reaches you. Nothing is delivered as "compliant," as advice, or as a legal opinion without that human review step.
3. The free exposure read and the free assessment
The instant exposure read on the homepage is a deterministic, rules-based tool: it fires only on the headcount, state and industry triggers we track, and does not see your actual policies, contracts, or job classifications. We frame it, and the fuller findings you can request through the lead-capture form, as a $500 HR compliance assessment offered at no charge — that figure reflects the value of the work product (monitoring setup, rules research and human review) typically involved in an assessment of this kind, not a price we charge for it. It is free whether or not you ever become a paying client.
4. How we are paid
By client companies, as fee-for-service (HR Desk, Growth or Pro, described on the Learn page). We are never paid contingent on any legal outcome, audit result, or litigation outcome. The free exposure read and free assessment are not paid placements of any kind.
5. What our content is
Findings, policy drafts, postings and reports produced for a client's own internal HR compliance use. It is never a substitute for legal advice, never a guarantee of compliance, and never a representation to a third party (regulator, court, or opposing party) on a client's behalf. See Disclaimer.
6. Conflicts
We may serve multiple clients in the same industry or state; this does not create a conflict for HR compliance work, but clients are told if a specific conflict arises. Personnel and contractors handling a client's engagement see only what that engagement requires.
